WORKSHOP: Foraged Art Materials

Being creative in place using place, in this workshop, you will learn the processes of creating satisfying inks from foraged plants, how to make pens and brushes from foraged plants and feathers, how to find wild pigments and turn them immediately into paints, how to make simple but effective pastels from the wild pigment, and, how to make charcoal and charcoal holders.

You will go home with all the art materials you have made or we have used in the workshop including inks, charcoal, pens and paintbrushes, and pastels. Plus plenty of notes to continue your journey into wild art materials.
